QA Trainer

For our client in Limburg, we are urgently looking for an experienced training professional who will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing technical training content and/or ensuring employees are properly trained to perform cGMP functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of training methodology and ability to deliver training content to varied audiences of different sizes;
  • BS/BA Degree, with advanced training, degree (M.A., M.Ed., M.S. or equivalent) and/or certification in training from a recognized entity preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience (in cGMP operations environment for cGMP Trainer);
  • Strong understanding of cGMP regulations if necessary for site.
Responsibilities 
Develops the content and format of complex training materials for the technical and/or cGMP training program, such as new hire orientation, refresher training, technical training, and focused workshops (e.g., deviation handling);  
Conducts Needs Assessments, gap analyses and evaluation of training impact on business. May participate in program development or review;
Organizes and presents group and individual training sessions, including scheduling, training material/media development, presentation and recordkeeping;  
Recommends improvements to training practices and processes;
Interfaces with all good manufacturing practices (GMP) groups to provide support and oversight of training compliance;
cGMP Trainer may participate in other Quality Assurance activities such as internal audit, regulatory inspections, change control/deviation investigation/CAPA as required.  
 
Profile
