Administrative Coordinator

For one of our clients we are looking for a Administrative Coordinator.

  • Do you have multiple years of experience (min 3-5 years) in secretarial support roles?
  • Are you fluent in Dutch and English?
  • Are you a competent user of Microsoft Outlook, WORD, Powerpoint?

Job Description 

Fully support the Senior Executive Assistant and support the Coprorate Affairs department.


Fully support the Senior Executive Assistant :

  • Backup Sr EA during absence 
  • Set up meetings, teleconferences 
  • Support with travel arrangements
  • Support with setting up job interviews 
  • Support with employee training 
  • Support Regulatory department and Law department (contracts, documents, notarization etc.) globally 

Support Corporate Affairs department :

  • Posting stories on intranet, LinkedIn, Yammer, Screens 
  • Chain: consolidate information/articles – chasing Editorial board members 
  • All-Staff support – contact with Facilities, technical support 
  • Site celebrations – organization 
  • Purchase orders 
  • Multiple years of experience (min 3-5 years) in secretarial support roles 
  • Experience with working in an international environment 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Hands-on and service minded 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written 
  • Self-confident and assertive in working with senior management 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Proactive/solution orientated approach 
  • Personal accountability to see matters through to completion 
  • Competent user of Microsoft Outlook, WORD, PowerPoint
